Over the last decade, I’ve learned I’m not passionate about sports.
I’m passionate about the people in sports. The players, the coaches, and the communities they play in all have stories to share.
But in a world of ever-shrinking newsrooms, lacking resources, and short attention spans those stories get missed.
Since 2018, I’ve learned how to bring those stories to life with the written word, thrilling video content, and social media posts.
So, sports isn’t my passion.
It’s bringing sports stories to life.

Over the last 27 years, Richard Davis has made numerous stops in his football coaching career and plans on making Enid his final one.
“We’ve made no secret that we wanted to get our children back around family,” Davis said. “I’ve said that from the word ‘go.’ I meant it.”
But his return to Oklahoma isn’t without controversy.
Richard Davis built a successful indoor football franchise in Bismarck, N.D., as the franchise’s head coach and general manager, but he was out the door before he could finish his second season with the team.
According to KX News, Davis and his wife were fired by the Bucks in April. Following their ouster, KX News discovered a five-page complaint filed against Davis by an employee, alleging he “bullied, harassed, verbally abused, intimidated and degraded” her while they worked together.
